I love lifting weights. I always feel so pumped up after a good workout. My muscles feel sore. My heart beats faster. My body is drenched in sweat. And the endorphins are moving so fast through my body that I feel like I’m floating on a cloud.
Some women love cardio but cardio really doesn’t do it for me. I know it’s good for your heart, but it doesn’t leave me wanting more. I do it because I have to.
But pumping iron I do because I want to.
