Water Infusions


I love water. There is nothing better to me than a glass of room temperature water. But that’s just me.

If you find water just a little too boring, then add some life to your water by making an infusion. To do:

1. Fill up a pitcher (or mason jar) with pure, filtered water.

2. Cut up your favorite fruits and vegetables and add them to the water.

3. Let the water sit for at least 24 hours.

I like to make my infusions using glass mason jars. I just make them the night before and let them sit overnight. They are perfect for carrying to work the next day.

Some good ideas for infusion combinations include:

1. Strawberry & Mint
2. Lemon, Lime & Cucumber
3. Orange & Mint
4. Lemon & Tea Leaves

Or you could make your own. Experiment and see what you like.
