My son is only four months, so, I still have a baby weight pass (for now). However, if I don’t start working on it now then I won’t be able to use the “I just had a baby” excuse for much longer.
So, yesterday, I bought the Violet Fitbit Flex. My goal is to start at 10,000 steps a day and work up to 15,000. I also want to stick to around 1,500 calories a day. If I can sneak in 30 minutes of activity a day and 64 ounces of water, that would also be great.
I will keep you guys posted on my progress.
