You see them all over Instagram and Facebook. You know what I’m talking about. The posts that challenge the poster to do “x” amount of squats or crunches based on the number of likes.

Have you ever noticed that those posts get only a handful of likes at best? Don’t believe me? Post the pic above on your IG account and see how many likes you get.

The simple fact is, if you’re looking for motivation from your so-called “followers,” then you’re looking in the wrong place. That is, unless you only follow and have follow you like-minded people who are all about fitness. If you do, great. If you don’t, then don’t expect Grandma to challenge you to do five extra squats.

So, what’s a pretty girl to do?

Motivate herself, duh!

You don’t need a stupid post to tell you to do squats. You know that the only way to get a perfectly rounded booty is to get your squat on. Every pretty girl knows that.

So, take a hint from one of the best booties around, Kim Kardashian. Kim recently told US Weekly that she does 100 squats every morning when she wakes up and by the looks of it, her hard work is paying off.

So, when you wake up tomorrow morning, press play on your favorite Beyonce song and drop and give me 100…squats, that is.

  1. I added squats and crunches 2 my workout nit including my regular fitness routine. Imma challenge myself 2 do 100 squats and 100 crunches daily. Thanks 4 the post. 🙂
