Adding lemon to your water has an amazing detoxing effect. I like to put 1/4 cup of pure lemon juice in a gallon of water and sip it throughout the day. I also cut up fresh lemon slices and put them in my water bottle for when I’m on the go. Finally, I like to drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice first thing in the morning.
