Dressing to Improve Your Mood

No matter what’s going on in your life, a dope outfit can make you feel instantly better. Sometimes when I’m feeling bloated, sad, depressed, stressed, angry, or all of the above….I go into my closet and pull out my ‘it’ outfit. 

You know the one. 

Maybe it’s that favorite pair of jeans that makes your butt look perfect. Or that little black dress that hides your flaws and accentuates your curves. Or that sweater you get compliments on every time you wear it. 

Whatever it is, put it on and let it transform you. Let it take away all the feelings that are overwhelming you and make it a fashionable, pretty girl day. 💋
