The Best Tip for a Stressed Mind


Ever feel like you have too much to do and not enough time to do it?

Ever been so consumed with your thoughts that you couldn’t sleep, or woke up thinking about everything you need to do and couldn’t go back to sleep?

I have.

And the one thing that really helped me with this was taking advantage of Reminders on my iPhone.  Anytime I have something on my mind that I need to do, I type it in.

Then, I move on.

It has helped tremendously.  Now, I’m not up all night thinking about a million and one things.  Now, I’m actually putting things on my to-do list and getting them done.  Now, I’m actually putting items on my grocery list and buying them.  Now, I’m actually putting ideas in my “Blog Ideas” category and actually remembering to write about them (like this one).

If it worked for me, it could work for you.
