A Great Idea to End Boredom Eating

  

I love this idea.

So many times we find ourselves reaching for a bag of chips or chocolate because we’re bored or because we don’t have anything else to do.

Stuck inside because of the snow….eat.

Stuck inside because you don’t have a man…eat.

Stuck inside because you want to Netflix & Chill…eat.

So, instead of eating, how about you spend the weekend making a cute bucket full of things to do if/when you’re bored? 

You can use Popsicle sticks as an inexpensive way to make your “list.”  You can get real creative and color the sticks or cover them with colored or patterned tape prior to writing on them.

Then, write things you actually like to do.  I can’t give you examples, because, honestly, the only way this is going to work is if your bucket is filled with things that you actually like to do.

So, think of some things that you like to do that could take the place of eating.  You don’t have to find 101 things…just create enough to make it interesting.

Once you’ve created your sticks/list and your bucket, use it the next time boredom strikes!
