Begin Your Day With Lemon Water


When you wake up in the morning, the best way to begin your day, is not with a cup of coffee, but with a large glass of lemon water. 

Here’s why:

  • It helps boost your immunity, which is great during cold and flu season. 
  • It decreases wrinkles and blemishes. Hello great skin! 
  • It’s a natural energizer, so it can help you feel more alert and ready to take on your day. 

To make, you can cut up slices of lemon and put them in a glass jar. Then fill the jar with filtered or spring water and let chill. If the taste of the rind makes your water bitter, you can simply fill a large glass with filtered water and squeeze the juice of one fresh lemon into the water.
